Maintenance management
Oschatz Power offers customers worldwide the highest quality in-house services in the Industrial Services segment. This includes emergency services to ensure the fastest possible availability of the plants, manufacturing of all tech-nological systems and components in the portfolio as well as production, repair and replacement of spare parts and components.
Spare parts management
The fast availability of spare parts and the rapid, professional installation of equipment reduce downtimes to a minimum.
We offer: Spare part management including provision of plant-specific parts as well as the associated instruments, control technology and small parts (also for third-party plants).
Plant modifications & updates
Reducing emissions in accordance with environmental guidelines and customer specifications is always a priority for plant conversions.
We are specialised in fast and easy upgrading of boilers which allow higher process capacities and throughputs.
We modernise older plants (e.g. steelworks) by replacing furnace components with models which hold greater quantities of gas.
